I am involved in prison ministry around the world and have used many different PA's both in and outside. I was recently in Peru in 7 different prisons there and all we had to use daily was the Peavey Solo. Most of the time outside with as many as 300 or more inmates. We used it for music and a mic and had wonderful success and coverage. For the larger crowds we put them together to do one entire prison yard at one time. As the owner of a Peavey CS 800, XR 400, and portable Escort, I will someday add the Solo to my much needed and dependable list of equipment to own.
