The Music Center WPB wants everyone to be satisfied with their purchase. It is our policy to handle merchandise returns, exchanges and warranty repairs as courteously as possible so that all your shopping at The Music Center WPB will be pleasant. The following mandatory conditions must be followed, however, to ensure your eligibilty for returning or exchanging.
1. The return or exchange must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Return in the original box(es), including all internal packing materials.
3. Return all instruction manuals, manufacturer's information, and BLANK WARRANTY CARDS (do not complete the cards until you are certain it is working correctly, 3-5 days is a good test period.)
4. Refunds will be made by mail, usually within 10 business days of the return date.
While we maintain the most liberal return policy in the industry, there are certain items that cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include Software, which manufacturers will not accept returns for, and any item that is considered personal; such as an earphone, instrument mouthpiece, or other items that you wouldn't want to purchase if someone else had their DNA on them.
